Fleet St Petersburg(nc) engages its new "Battle-Wheel" technology to drive its fleet over the frozen north to Finland but sadly the wheels fall off just in time to defend Argalensk from the terrors of the 1st Northern British Fleet (*Fails*)
Army Warsaw heads over to Silesia to force the German Kaisar to realize that if he keeps fighting France in vain, that his English "ally" will win the north and eventually borrow his centers for the solo.

Turkey:
Army Armenia battles Sevastopol (*Bounce*)
Army Bulgaria strikes at Rumania but is driven into the Black Sea to their death (*Disbanded*)
A Constantinople watches Bulgaria's coasts in horror
F Smyrna suffers from a massive shortage of signal flares and sits idly by
